RETURN CONDITIONS

Any Goods you wish to return to us must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, the packaging must not be damaged, and the condition of the Goods must be the same as when you purchased them. DEFECTIVE GOODS

When sending us a notification about service cancellation or the return of defective Goods, please provide the following information:

  • Evidence of Goods defects (e.g., photos or videos showing the defect of the Goods (if possible), as well as photos or videos of packaging damage, etc.)

  • replace the defective Goods with identical Goods of good quality;

  • apply a discount to the defective Goods, corresponding to the reduction in the value of the Goods due to the existing defects;

  • accept the Goods and refund the amounts paid by the Customer;

  • terminate the service and refund the amounts paid by the Customer;

  • repair the Goods or otherwise eliminate the defects of the goods or service.
